Do I need to register as a member to place an order?
Yes, you do. Becoming a member also enables you to view your order history.

 

How do I register/create an account?
- To create an account with myprintworkz.com click on register link at the top right-hand of the page.

- Enter the information requested in the fields shown. Fields marked with an asterisk are required.

- After ensuring the information you entered is correct, click on the Sign Up button.

 

I forgot my password. What do I do?

If you know your e-mail address, but have forgotten your password, we will e-mail your password to you. Click Log In, then click on “forgot password” type in your e-mail address, and click the "E-mail My Password" link.

Do you offer artwork design services?
Yes. We offer graphic design services on many of our products for a small service fee. Whether you’re looking for professional expertise, or simply don’t have the time to do it yourself, we are here to help! The draft design will be ready for as few as 4 business days for your approval after which we will make changes according to your requirement before we proceed to printing. Can I design my own artwork?
Yes, you can design your own artwork. All the details in regard to setting up your own artwork its explained for each printing products at our
artwork guidelines page. There are no upload or proofing fees.

 

How do I send my artwork?
You send your artwork to us by uploading it to our server during the ordering step. The ordering interface for each product enables you to select your artwork file to be printed. Please ensure you have check and download our template’s at our
artwork guidelines page to ensure your artwork is correctly done to avoid delay and unwanted surprises.

 

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
No. After you have submitted your order, it will be automatically placed on the queue for processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.

 

Approval of artwork proofs and payment must be completed within 24 hours of the placement of the order. If you have any questions in regard to the products then please feel free to contact us one of our friendly team who will be able to answer any questions prior to placing an order.

 

How do I re-order my previous design?

You have to login go to My account click on My Order, check the box for the items that you wish to re-order, and click on re-order check the details and add to cart. You should proceed to Check Out to complete your order.

Can I scan my old printing and send it to you?
This is possible, but it will not produce the best results. If you are doing this, please make sure your scan is at least 300dpi. If you request that we 'clean up' your scanned artwork, this may result in extra costs.

 

How long does printing take? 
For printing and delivery, here is our
 average turn around time from time of payment. Please note these times as a guarantee but a guide, and allow plenty of time for artwork, printing and delivery.

Products with special requirements such as trimming or special inks will also take longer. Time for designing your cards is also extra.
 

 

Can you print smaller quantities?
With the exception of personalized gifts and our business cards, 500 is the smallest quantity we will print for all offset printing.
 

To sell at the best possible prices we print in bulk, meaning we have decided on certain quantities and types of printing products. 

 

What if I am not satisfied with the product?
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your goods. Let us know the reason why you are not satisfied and we will review the situation with you.

 

What is NCR?
It means "No Carbon Required" and is a carbonless copy paper used to make a copy of an original, handwritten document. It's a biogradable, stain-free alternative to the old-style black or blue carbon-based papers that one used to sandwich between two other pages. They were very messy! NCR works by the pressure from the point of a pen releasing (by breaking) micro-capsules of dye ink onto the page below. As they are so tiny, the replicated print results in a very accurate, though slightly lighter copy.

NCR jobs are probably our most popular product.

 

Will the colors be exactly the same on the products as I see on my screen?
No. It will not be exactly the same. Sometimes colors may vary depending on the screen or monitor being viewed and also during printing the color might slightly depending on various factors such as image resolution.

 

- Please bear in mind that LASER printers are Not Colour precise and the colour can change slightly daily due to  climatic changes of heat and humidity. Therefore an exact colour match is not always possible. 

- Also our printers are not the same as yours, they use different inks and technologies and possibly different languages (PCL/POSTSCRIPT), which will again result in different final outputs.

How do I order a personalized gift?
First you have to choose the items you want to make. After which you can follow our step-by-step guide to guide you through the rest of the process during which if you encounter any problem please
contact us we will be happy to help.

 

Or you can LET US DO IT for you,  just click on the LET US DO IT button available in all the personalized gift section and upload your file and your message we will work on it and email it for you to approve before proceed to printing for a small fee.

 

Can I use my own Wording, Images and designs?
Yes, you can create your own design or email us the wording and photos in pdf, ai, psd format.

 

Is there a minimum quantity for orders for your personalize gift items?
Normally, you can order a minimum of 1 piece. If there is a minimum order restriction then it will be specified on the product page.

 

What file format do I send to you for images?
For photo and images the following file formats are acceptable: JPEG, BMP, PSD, TIF, and PNG. For flex material (used for t-shirts) please send the file in AI or EPS format. Please refer to our
artwork guidelines page for more information.

 

What image/photo resolution is required?
Technically speaking if the size of your photo is more than 300dpi then it is ok. Otherwise as a general guideline, you should use at least a 3 megapixel camera or file size is 250-300KB. The higher the resolution, the better the picture and outcome.

 

Images from the Web

Images found on the web are typically at a resolution of 72-dpi. This resolution is much too low for quality printing. In addition, most images on the web are protected by copyright laws. For these reasons, we do not recommend using images from the web.

 

Upon receiving your order and artwork we will notify you to resend an image in the event that the resolution of the image received by us is not sufficient to produce quality prints.

Upon receiving your confirmed order and payment it will normally take 3 - 5 working days to reach you. If there is a longer delivery time it will be specified on the product unless otherwise indicated.

FAQ for T-shirts Printing, Cushion Cover, Pillowcase Printing

There is 4 print techniques as follows:

 

- Flex

- White or Light Color Material (Heat Transfer)

- Dark Color Material (Heat Transfer)

- Direct Printing On Garment (DTG) Method

 

Flex Material

- Single colour "flex" print (vinyl)

- Ideal for text, numbers and simple designs

- Works on any colour of garment

- Transparency is ok

- Print size a4 – A3

 

This technique allows us to make precise cut designs on flex material imported from Germany.

If you intend to supply your own logo or design files then you must supply the correct file type. In the event that you cannot supply the correct file type there may be additional charges. Please refer to our
artwork guidelines page for more information.

 

 

If your design consists of simple text or numbers there is no charge but we do need to know your preferred font.

 

Your design or logo file should be vector based. Ideally we need a specific type of adobe illustrator file and the file protocol will be as follows:

he guidelines are simple but please make sure you follow them carefully: 

- Design must be 100% black (one colour only)   
- Preserve transparencies (see-through background not white) 
- Absolutely no white  
- No guides  
- Convert text to outline 
- Convert strokes and paths to outline 
- Save as eps version 7 (very important must be version 7)

 

If you cannot provide vector files and intend to provide a flat file type eg. .jpeg, .gif, .png or .pdf then we have to trace the lines in order to cut them and this can result in a significant loss of quality.

 

Alternatively we can redraw the logo and there will be a charge of RM20 or more depending on the complexity of your design.

 

Full Color White T-shirt Printing and Pillowcase (Heat Transfer)

- Suitable for complex design or photos

- Transparency is ok

- Maximum print size a4 – A3

 

The white transfer sheet is transparent and so this technique allows for complicated full colour designs where the design is separated by multiple transparent areas. 

For this technique we use an A4 sized transfer sheet and your design is applied using the latest digital printing techniques.

The transparent effect will not work on colour garments and so this technique is suitable for white garments only.

We accept all high resolution graphic files including:
.ai, .psd, .jpeg, .png, .pdf

 

Full Color Printing Black T-shirt and Cushion Cover on white background (Heat Transfer)

Full colour printing on white background

- Works on any colour of garment

- Full colour digital printing

- Design must be regular shape

- No transparency

- Maximum print size a4 – A3

 

This technique allows the versatility to apply full colour designs onto dark and coloured garments. The transfer sheet is white and so transparent areas will need to be cut out and removed. This is not always possible and so we recommend that all full colour on colour designs should be of a regular shape with one continuous outline.
