Fraud.
By becoming a member, you confirm that the information provided in this form is true and that you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of use of this site. Please note that your membership can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, the Terms and Conditions of use have been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by myprintworkz in its sole discretion. If membership has been revoked, myprintworkz reserves the right to refuse application or readmission to the membership program.

The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).

Third-Party Merchant Policies.

Payments.
You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us or from our Merchants that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (i) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any shipping fees and applicable taxes.

Return Policy. Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, myprintworkz has a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund.
Venue; Applicable Law.
YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF MALAYSIA, KUALA LUMPUR. PRINTING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please read these Terms and Conditions for all myprintworkz printing.
Orders
When an order is placed through the Myprintworkz.com order form, all orders are final. Approval of artwork proofs and payment must be completed within two weeks of the placement of the order. Please make sure you are aware of the terms and conditions before ordering. If you have any questions in regard to the products then please feel free to call us and talk to one of our friendly team who will be able to answer any questions prior to placing an order.
Email Proof
You will receive email proof for each order. Proofs provided by myprintworkz are an indication of the final printed product only. Variations in colour or trim can be a result of the printing process. Customers should read and follow our DIY Artwork Guidelines carefully before submitting their artwork.
Colour Variations
Our printing products may have colour variations from what you have seen on screen, to what the final product looks like, variations between the front and back of the card, and previous orders can also be expected. This is the nature of CMYK offset printing and bulk-run printing.
Digital printing uses digital printing which may also produce some "blotchy" effects which is the nature of express digital printing.
Trimming of printing
All printing products are trimmed. Trimming of printing products may shift up to 3mm in any direction, therefore our Artwork Guidelines should be properly adhered to minimize risk of trimming affecting the look of the print.
Digital printing generally has more chance of trimming variations.
Printworkz Designed Artwork
Artwork designed by myprintworkz under “Let Us Do It For You†or Graphic Design services remains the property of myprintworkz until paid for. Once design has been paid for in full, Client's may request a flattened copy of their artwork for the price stated in “Let Us Do It For Youâ€. Any future orders of the same printing product with the exact same design will incur no artwork fees. One proof is provided at no charge.
myprintworkz Designer Card design allows for one proof to be provided. Extra proofs with changes to the design are available for RM25 each. If the Client believes that myprintworkz has not followed the brief to the best of it's understanding, then they may request changes to the design at no cost. Disputes will be mediated by myprintworkz Management.
myprintworkz design services can take up to 7 working days, and will vary depending on workload. Customers are held liable for expenses incurred by myprintworkz in recovering debts.
Accepting Proofs
When accepting artwork proofs from myprintworkz, you are held fully responsible for accepting all content. This includes design, spelling, grammar and numbers. It is your responsibility to request another copy if your proof is difficult to read. We will print exactly what is accepted in the final proof. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
If you would like to make changes to your DIY artwork after viewing the proof, you may resubmit your updated artwork to receive a new proof for RM5. Alternatively we can make your requested changes for you from RM10.00 and then email you a new proof.
Submitting DIY artwork
Design at your own risk!
Please note that designing and submitting your artwork for printing can sometimes produce unplanned results. Designing artwork for offset printing can be technical with a range of factors that goes beyond what you see on the computer monitor. myprintworkz fully recommends getting a professional designer to design your printing artwork. Customers submitting their own artwork are fully responsible for the end result of printing. Customers are reminded to submit print-ready artwork with the correct specifications as outlined on our Artwork Guidlelines.
You will receive a free artwork proof by email which you will need to approve before printing can commence. myprintworkz will print whatever you submit, and myprintworkz is not responsible for artwork mistakes. No reprints at our expense will be printed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that any artwork that is submitted is not in violation of any copyright laws. myprintworkz assumes that your artwork is legally yours or you have the correct permission to print it.
myprintworkz reserves the right to make changes to your artwork without your consent to avoid printing problems that can be foreseen to happen. This will rarely change the design, but if it does it will be evident in the proof you receive myprintworkz will rasterise all submitted DIY Artwork at standard print quality resolution before printing.
If you would like to make changes to your DIY artwork after viewing the proof, you may resubmit your updated artwork to receive a new proof for RM5. Alternatively we can make your requested changes for you from RM10.00 and then email you a new proof.
Turnaround
Printing turnaround will vary. The current median turnaround time for most printing products is 10 business days. This is not a guarantee but a guide. This is from the time receiving payment and accepting the proof, to the time when you receive your order. Design time is extra. myprintworkz will not be held responsible for loss or damages due to printing being delivered after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to allow plenty of time for preparing artwork, printing and delivery.

Delivery
myprintworkz will not be held liable for printing products that are lost, damaged or delayed when delivered by post or courier.
Prices
While care has been taken in posting correct prices on the website, myprintworkz has the right to remove or change products and prices without notice. All quotes are valid for 14 days only and may be subject to change after this period.
Feedback & Complaints
Customers who believe that their printing product is not up to standard are encouraged to email feedback@myprintworkz.com with their order details, and the nature of their feedback. myprintworkz may also request a sample of the product be posted to LG61, Berjaya Times Square, No. 1 Jln Imbi, KL to inspect. If a printing error has occured that is not due to the customer's artwork, then myprintworkz will arrange a free reprint for the customer. myprintworkz will not be held liable for errors caused by the customer's artwork, delivery of the product or minor imperfections that fall within acceptable offset printing standards.
